In the Darkness of Night

Darkness sheds new light upon me.
A moment of peace surrounds me,
with a tight embrace and smiling face.
Winds shift and you call to me,
as the shutter opens to catch you.
I wonder how luck came upon me,
to be in your presence at this time,
held within your grasp and beauty.
I wink at you, as the flash goes off.
Feeling great joy, to see how I have
captured your wicked smile.
