Pumpkin Skull

Leaves crunching underfoot.
Breathing deeply the crisp fall air,
filling our lungs.
Deep into October people stir,
as a tempting evening creeps closer.
A night of all things spooky,
with fright and delight.
An intense evening of things
that go bump in the night.
Candy filled sacks and wicked
smiles adorn, happy and evil
faces arriving at my door.
Sporting splendid costumes,
that cover the every day norm.
Tis a holiday so fun to embrace,
I shall adore every magical
moment that takes place.
Be fun, be wicked and most
of all enjoy.
Happy Halloween,
to all my friends adored.
