Starting with a spark,
years of play, turn to flames.
Seeking thoughts, knowledge
and inspiration, I do ponder.
A gamble with money for a seeming toy?
More wonders and searching lead to
amazing advice from unimaginable people.
Pricing, comparing and learning,
have led me to the best decision.
In the end, worshipping a camera
I enjoy and call my own.
This wonderful journey is like looking for
the perfect love in life.
Holding her is pure bliss and so our
life together does begin.
smiles. enjoy your new camera...and a lovely write about its acquisition...

ReplyDeleteCan totally relate, though my camera is a hand-me-down. Learning to use it is rewarding and fun. I took a basic course at the local community college and have been loving the process ever since. Enjoy, Gwen! I suspect this poem will not be the last that has been influenced by your new camera. smiles
