Across the Pond

Along watery masses,
my heart does sing.
Smooth like glass water,
slightly rippling.
Chasing away any fear,
getting lost in happy thought.
I wish not, want not,
never want it to stop.
Fond eyes twinkle,
upon reflected clouds.
Embracing for a moment,
taking in the beauty of now.
