Springtime Eyes

So lush,
new life swirls,
tickling with touch.
Lips curl,
fingers twirl,
love blooms again.
Spring rain,
beating down,
tears of yesterdays pain.
Motion lies, within your eyes,
forever wrapped, my heart exact.
Gone so long,
you'll be back.
Hearts will dance,
beneath springtime eyes,
drenching this fine romance.

  8. I wanted to say that your poem was so full of LIFE. Love how the change in the seasons can effect us in this way...so positive- it was like a flower had burst pollen in my room!
